Like The Old Days

Now that he's 11 years old, Bailey doesn't tear around like he used to.  But on this day he decided to play the chase game with Deva, showing that he's still got some moves.

Once back home they both need to rest and recharge.

A Gentle Autumn

It's been a mild October and the whippets are enjoying their time outside.

The wolf willow shrub, also known as silver berry, has very fragrant flowers, and produce seeds that have been used for necklaces.  Bailey and Deva have decided that the seeds are nice snacks.

This medicine wheel is in the shape of the Siksikaitsitapi logo and is meant to be an offering site where visitors can make a small offering to the creator and be blessed.

Home is blessed by the presence of Bailey and Deva.

Pillow Talk

New pillows on the couch - 1 for each dog of course.

Autumn is approaching as the days get shorter.

Once in a Blue Moon

It seems that we only post once in a blue moon...

But the whippets are well and are enjoying the summer both indoors...

It's a nice day, not too hot and not raining.

That was hard work, must rest up for dinner.

We avoid running after the deer though!
