Hi Ken, Your photo's never cease to amaze me. I wondered whether you could share your photographic "secrets". We also have two Whippets and are constantly let down by poor photo's. What Speed, Aperture and lens do you use for your incredible photo's. Just look forward to your next batch of photo's and of course your beautiful Whippets enjoying life ;-) Regards
Thanks for all your comments, I've been remiss in not replying. Ian, the outdoor photos are taken with a pro level DSLR - it's important that the auto focus of the camera can keep up with the whippets, especially if they are running towards you. I usually set the ISO at 800 and aperture priority auto exposure at f8.0. The indoor photos are taken with a mirrorless compact camera. Unfortunately this class of camera is unable to autofocus fast enough for action shots.
Many thanks for the reply Ken, love your photo's & Whippets ;-) Will have another go with our DSLR (although not a Pro version). Always looking forward to your next set of Whippets Tales.
