Deva gets airborne to celebrate the warmer weather

Humbug Weather

With daytime temperatures around -20c the prudent thing to do is cuddle up indoors and wait for better times.

A Sweater Day

It wasn't cold enough to need their winter jackets but chilly enough to need sweaters. Bailey initiates a chase game with Deva.

A few quick turns and she's gets a bit of breathing room.

Deva the Diva

Deva has a grand time running through the snow

Bailey is content to look cool and pose in front of the mountains

Naked in the Snow

A nice sunny +6 c Christmas Day allows the whippets to leave the jackets at home and run naked in the snow

Afterwards they snuggle together in the pita bed and recharge for tomorrow

A Cure for Boredom

Bailey lets it be known that they're bored with being stuck inside

It's much more fun playing outside

Finally a break in the cold weather and the whippets get out for a good run!

Bailey and Deva got in one last good run before the winter storm and sub-freezing temperatures rolled in

Just in time, the Half Shell (Pita) beds made by Karen arrived along with the jackets.
