| At first the big jackets were needed. |
| Then it got a bit warmer. |
| Deva takes a quick bite of snow while on the move. |
| Then it warmed up to above freezing. |
| Today it was almost double digits above freezing and much of the snow has melted. |
| It's always nice and warm in their cave beds. |
| Earlier in the week the temperature hovered around the freezing mark and they had a great time running on The Hill. |
| However the last 2 days have seen lots of snow and -25c with wind chill into the -40s. They're happy to snuggle & be warm until the weather smartens up. |
| Temperatures hover around the freezing mark, so it's warm enough for whippets to be out there. |
| Bailey's up to his usual tricks by giving his slower friend a push. |
| Recharging in bed. |
| The unseasonably warm weather came to a sudden end with snow and minus double digits on Sunday. But before that it was nice enough for the whippets to play on The Hill with their light jackets, and on some days, without jackets. |
| A chase game about to begin..... |
| Deva makes a rare slip. |
| This was only 2 days ago, double digit temperatures! |
| Snow and -15c? We'll stay in bed, thanks. |
| Let's go out to The Hill! |
| Hey, there's snow out here!? |
| Deva runs off some energy. |
| They can handle snow as long as there's a warm bed to come home to. |
 | ||
| We get out on couple of days before the ongoing snow storm. Here they find someone willing to play the chase game, but as usual they end up giving the victim a push to try and get more speed out of him. |
| A little chillier the next day, jackets required. |
| Deva tries to get Bailey into a chase but he's not interested. |
| Yep, that's frost. |
| Even better than lying in bed after a run: dinner! |
