Then it's off to The Hill to play.

It Warmed Up

At first the big jackets were needed.

Then it got a bit warmer.

Deva takes a quick bite of snow while on the move.

Then it warmed up to above freezing.

Today it was almost double digits above freezing and much of the snow has melted.

It's always nice and warm in their cave beds.

Back Before The Cold (2 Days Ago)

Earlier in the week the temperature hovered around the freezing mark and they had a great time running on The Hill.

However the last 2 days have seen lots of snow and -25c with wind chill into the -40s.  They're happy to snuggle & be warm until the weather smartens up.

Good While It Lasted

The unseasonably warm weather came to a sudden end with snow and minus double digits on Sunday.  But before that it was nice enough for the whippets to play on The Hill with their light jackets, and on some days, without jackets.
